Repairs
It is quite unusual for a piece of equipment to be used consistently without needing repair at some time (usually the most inconvenient time that you could imagine). Sometimes the need for repair is immediate (i.e. equipment does not operate in a safe manner or it does not operate at all). At other times, the equipment may be safely operated but does not function normally. In both instances you want the repair done by a competent service organization. In the case of the need for immediate repair, you also want it done as quickly as the demands of your practice require. In other words, you want it repaired properly and you want it repaired on a timely basis.As noted elsewhere, Omni is a company with a lot of experience. It addition, we realize that your equipment needs to be fixed as quickly as you require. We offer service on a 24/7 basis because some of our customers never close.
Our service capabilities extend beyond the manufacturers we represent. Even if your x-ray equipment was manufactured many years ago or even if the equipment manufacturer is no longer in business, it likely that we can perform the repairs you need.
